Pick a useful change
Start with a reproducible issue, a documentation correction or a localization improvement. Discuss larger changes in an issue before implementation. YouTube and dedicated galleries remain deferred beyond the first release.
Open a focused pull request
- Work on a separate branch and explain the problem and approach.
- Include meaningful evidence and tests for behavior that changes.
- Let protected-branch CI complete; do not bypass its gates.
- Follow the repository's contribution guide and code of conduct.
This website is a separate project
The product website has its own source, static pages and Vercel deployment. The Go service, extractor sandbox and media storage remain in the OpenDownload application repository. Website changes do not update the download engine.
